Game changer

I recently opened a lifetime ISA with money box and the man decided to combine my pensions with them. Easy to use, really handy access to clearly understandable information. It’s helped me start on my path to saving for a place of my own and for my retirement. Contacted customer service once and they were really quick and helpful with resolving my query. I have been using the Moneybox LISA for a couple of years and found it very user friendly. I like the free tips and advice both on the app and as notifications. Money box has given us a future!

Easy to use app, but slightly confusing LISA interface

Moneybox has excellent interest rates compared to similar banks. The app is easy to use and has an attractive interface. I find the Cash ISA interface very straightforward. However I find the Lifetime ISA interface a little confusing to work out how much of the allowance I have remaining and when deposits will be made into the account. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024

Saving for a house

Saving for a house is a big commitment, but using moneybox has made it easy, safe and given us a step by step guide of information we need to be able to get a mortgage, we have been saving for 3 years and now have enough money together to buy our first home thanks to moneybox for their stress free easy to use app. Reviewed on: 28th March 2024
