Can’t really fault the service.

Can’t really fault the service. Had to email them for queries about an account I open in tandem with my Lisa and they had fast and helpful replies. They offer free, helpful information about personal finances in the app, and it feels as though they really care about supporting people, especially young people, in their financial journeys. Also great incentives to top up your savings eg prize draws. Reviewed on: 4th March 2026
