Good all-round tool to track your finances

Great connectivity with all banks I used. Had one legacy connection to an old account with an asset manager that is no longer open (but showed it as open). Very useful tool to keep track of where the money is going, and great that it doesn't just track my bank accounts, but also investments and pensions etc. One niggle is that it is much easier to bulk update the spending categories for a particular merchant in Excel than it is in this app - you essentially have to do it one transaction at a time. There is some functionality that enables you to also amend similar transactions, but the scope it typically too narrow. A good app and more useful than most if not all of its peers, niggles notwithstanding. I'd recommend it on the basis that it has more features than others and is pretty reliable. This is one of the most useful apps/websites ever. The ease of use in great and finally it has taken the pain away from keeping on top of money matters and make sit easy to set budgets and track spending for personal, business and home improvement projects. Great to link and categorise payments to keep track of finances in a really easy, intuitive way. One development for the future could be planning based on budgets for projects (building works), currently only allows budget based on a weekly basis. Reviewed on: 28th January 2021

Easy to use and great interface.

With 31st Jan approaching, I had been looking for a money manager to do my personal and sole-trader accounts on. I tried multiple different platforms but I have stuck with Moneyhub. It's not perfect: the website totes business use but I believe this is not available yet but will be in future. The website should be clearer on this. Also, not all institutions are available. PayPal is a glaring omission. Using manual accounts is possible but full functionality (automatic updating of balances) does not reflect the transactions held in the account. However, the interface is great. Everything is easy to find. The Transaction Inbox is a great way to deal with new transactions. The Spending/Income analysis is fantastic and detailed. The customer service is good with <24 hour responses to messages. Overall, there is more good than bad and the promise of further functionality means I will probably sign up to the paid plan at the end of my trial. Reviewed on: 28th January 2021

easiest way to keep track of finances

having full control of all my finances, what comes in, what leaves, seeing my spending in an easy format with graphs and being able to categorise my spendings helps more than you would think! it puts everything in clear view and has helped me save money overtime as i can easily review my finances and spending!
