Not right

Requested to pay in instalments and got a loan to pay back in one lump sum! Not overly happy about that!! Reviewed on: 21st September 2017

Quick and convenient with good rates for short term borrowing.

I really found the application quick and convenient. Although Nextcredit have a thorough process it's definitely a big plus that most of the communication can take place over email. No need to spend valuable time out of your working day on the phone confirming details that you have already submitted a simple check of your bank statement replaces this. Good rates for short term borrowing too so all round a great experience. Reviewed on: 6th September 2017

A second rate loan company - avoid at all costs! (make mistakes with your application and customer service department is rude)

I took out a loan with this company three months ago and although it was all agreed at the time they still managed to make a mess of the due dates which meant I ended up paying more interest back on the loan despite the fact I had clearly mentioned on the application that I was paid on a specific date. The customer service operator was extremely unhelpful and rude and blamed me for the problem which really just rubbed salt into the wound. Fast forward three months later and afte...
