A second rate loan company - avoid at all costs! (make mistakes with your application and customer service department is rude)

I took out a loan with this company three months ago and although it was all agreed at the time they still managed to make a mess of the due dates which meant I ended up paying more interest back on the loan despite the fact I had clearly mentioned on the application that I was paid on a specific date. The customer service operator was extremely unhelpful and rude and blamed me for the problem which really just rubbed salt into the wound. Fast forward three months later and after paying off the loan in full and I decided to give this company a chance to redeem themselves so applied for a further loan with no change in my personal circumstances and my credit rating increasing from the previous three months. I was declined as not meeting their criteria and when I spoke to a Customer Service representative on the phone after ringing them in the morning for an explanation (no one called me back and no one replied to my email as well) they were again extremely rude and said that was their criteria despite the fact I mentioned that nothing had changed. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT PROVIDE NO SUPPORT WHEN I DID EVENTUALLY SPEAK TO THEM AFTER THEY NEVER CALLED ME BACK!!! THERE ARE MUCH BETTER COMPANIES OUT THERE THAT REWARD LOYALTY AND WILL BE MORE HELPFUL Reviewed on: 1st August 2017
