My Top 3 Financial Investment & Pension Platform

I've been using Nutmeg for over three years, and I've been genuinely impressed. The platform makes it easy for beginners like me to track and manage my investments. Customising my portfolio to match my needs and the risk levels is simple; it depends on how much of a risk taker you are to expect a higher return. The fee structure provides transparency and peace of mind, and its responsive customer support enhances the overall experience. The engaging video content is also an excellent resource for learning about investing. A minor drawback is that in the pension "pay in" section, I can only add funds from the direct debit set-up on the original account unless I set up a new one, which can take time to proceed. Nutmeg is an excellent platform for seasoned investors and those just starting. Reviewed on: 16th December 2024

Scope of iMPROVEMENT

Would highly recommend Nutmeg!

I moved my pension pot to Nutmeg 4 years ago and have not regretted my decision. The website is easy to navigate and on the dashboard you can see immediately how your pot is doing. I also needed some advice recently on whether to start drawing down some of my funds and I had a deep and thorough telephone discussion with one of their experts about all the pros and cons so that I was then in a position to make an informed decision. Easy to start, hopeless to change anything

Opening a Pension is pretty straightforward. After that it's a nightmare, changing the amount, adding funds, transferring in, all are just sent (badly) to a 3rd party to do. It's like stepping back 20 years but with a nice front end. "Not this department sir".... "Oh dear the digits seems to have been transposed", "no we have no idea when the money will reach your account", "the terms and conditions say......" Reviewed on: 5th April 2023

Clear, transparent and honest

I have been a client for almost 8 years and my experience has been great overall, Nutmeg is clear on what they do and how they do it, provide relevant information and feedback and give me a clear feeling that my investments are in good hands with them.
