Tried to open a SIPP and have to give up

Tried to open a SIPP using the link from Chase app. I went through the setup which downloaded and opened the Nutmeg app. This got stuck in a loop between the Chase app & Nutmeg app. I made many attempts to resolve this but the customer service was useless so eventually gave up. Easy to understand and use even for beginners

Easy to use and intuitive web site even for beginners. Very responsive and informed client services. The free annual review puts Nutmeg head and shoulders above other robo investment platforms. Management fees a little higher than the completion but well worth it for the investment performance. Reviewed on: 24th February 2024
