First class customer service always there to do there best

My car had been damaged by my neighbours wall collapsing on to my car causing damage all along the passenger side I phoned one call and explained what had happened they were so sympathetic they said not to worry my car was picked up to be repaired I was given a replacement within one week my car was ready they dropped it of at my home excellent job done one happy customer. Took out insurance with you and two weeks after swapped my car, the amount that the insurance went up by was not competitive at all, however due to the fees to cancel it made cancelling and going elsewhere to cost effective. I will not be renewing
