Dreadful

One call name is ironic! They spent a week and a half messing me about and then said they weren't going to deal with the claim and were referring me on to the actual insurer! Who have dealt with everything in one day. Why waste time going through these cowboys? Rude, uncommunicative, always need to ring another team, can't accept large files on email (like dash cam footage) forms you filled in come back unfilled. Total waste of your time. Don't do it.
