Chat hang ups

Only having one access to contact via chat means trusting that someone will be on the chat after being hung up several times is difficult...its a deal breaker for some. Value is offered, but it takes time to set it up, refund and that's before you need to make any claims. In the old days, acknowledging details between an old and new insurer was done directly by the broker, and quickly. Reviewed on: 17th September 2025
