Smooth process

I found the advisor extremely efficient, she understood my needs and did not push me for up-grades etc. My insurance was set up on the same day, documents e-mailed and it was all such a simple process. Follow up e-mails included important telephone numbers (such as accident hot-line) which i thought was a great thing - easy to find in my e-mails should there be a problem. Fortunately, I've not had reason to use these numbers but I.m confidant that it would be a smooth process. Reviewed on: 2nd October 2026

Car repair through one call workhop...

Car insurance repair through one call’s own workshop and they have had my vehicle six weeks and advised that it will be another 10 to 14 days before repairs completed. Contacting customer service for the workshop was a pain, on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. Reviewed on: 1st October 2026

One Happy Breakdown .

My car broke down earlier this year and my son called One Call Breakdown service,my car was uplifted within 40 minutes which we thought was brilliant and set down at our local Garage which was assessed the next day. One Happy Breakdown Reviewed on: 1st October 2026
