One Call, first and last!

All I can say is that whenever I'm looking for the best-value insurance, whether for car, home, travel or whatever, I always look at One Call first, and usually last as well, as they usually offer the cover I need at the best price. I've never yet had to actually talk to them, because their website always gives me everything I need. As a matter of principle I never award top marks but overall One Call definitely get five stars from me. Reviewed on: 25th September 2024

Good online Portal and telephone assisatnce

One call arrange my home insurance. All my documentation is easy to acess from the online portal and if I ever need to contact they are alos at the end of a phone. The phone queue / waiting is acceptable and the staff are always helpful.
