Great concept... but please come into the 21st Century with your customer service

Always at the other end of the telephone when needed

.Since the office has moved fron St Helens to Liverpool I have not been able to visit very often but they are always on hand to help when I call. Obviously during office hours Very friendly, courteous and helpful. Reviewed on: 12th July 2022

I’ve been a member for some years now. Any time I require assistance the staff/team have always been professional attentive and there to help in working hours.
