I have used credit union for years and they are great!

I have been using credit union for a number of years and used to visit their Bristol branch. Their customer service was always fantastic and they do their best to come up with the best offers and support. Absolutely brilliant!

Super easy to apply and understand the process. It is made so easy to be able to pay it off each month and I love that the leftover of your money goes into a savings account so you can save up if you would like to but can withdraw it if needed! The customer service team have been wonderful any time I have needed to contact them for help. I honestly would recommend it to anyone and have recommended it to many! Reviewed on: 30th April 2026

Very happy customer

Great western credit union is a very reliable company, I have had no issues at all since joining with them. There is always a helpful person at the other end of the phone when needed, not a machine, which I find so useful. A straight forward service with no hassle or small print to complicate things.
