Absolute joke of a company. They want to know your life history and make you wait weeks just to borrow £200. Then a 19 year old kid turns up my door claiming to be a manager, turns out his dad runs the company!! Reviewed on: 8th October 2021

Worse company iv dealt with

I applied for a loan an over 2 weeks later still not heard anything! Sent them everything they requested documents ect all it keeps saying we are dealing with it will be in contact. Iv rung several times it's in this department or another department fobbed off. You think they would have the decency to contact you one way or another The company is a discrace worse customer service EVER Reviewed on: 15th June 2021

This company is a joke! Over 7 days sending document after document. Keep calling customer service. What customer service so bad they do not know anything. Had enough given up they can keep there loan. I borrowed it interest free from my dad I'm lucky I could do that. Rubbish company

Held on for 5 days sending document after document. Call up just wasting time they don't know and they don't know how long basically they know nothing useless company. Went morses club got instant quote and cash so these can go away. Reviewed on: 11th June 2021

Shambles of a company

Used to be good for quick little loans but is an absolute shambles now. Introduced a new system at the start of 2020 which makes it virtually impossible to get a loan, continuous e mailing of documents and bank statements for days and days only to be told no. Customer service just fobs you off and if you haven’t got a debit card they won’t touch you. Used to have a friendly agent but apparently they sacked everyone at the start of lockdown and want to do everything online now Reviewed on: 5th November 2020

Applied for a loan and registered for an account sent all my documents and everything just to be denied and told to reapply again in the future ! However l won’t be applying again with this company as it seems you just waste your time sending proof of income and ID just to get denied so basically all their out for doing is marking your credit file Reviewed on: 22nd October 2020

This company hired unprofessional agents that refuse to do their jobs properly

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever experienced. Representatives arrange a day to come and collect money to them just turn up whenever they please But then when u have the money to pay the whole loan refuse to come out at all .
