Poor website experience

Took over an hour to get the verification codes, applied for a Cash ISA and got lots of website 502 errors and then when I finally applied, I wasn't able to transfer money into the product. Not sure it should be this hard to open a savings account. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Highly recommend

I've been a member for a number years. I only save a small amount of money each month. But this has allowed me to have an annual holiday each year. Or the past few years have enabled me to save more. Giving me a nice nest egg for a more extravagant break. They keep you informed of facilities available and withdrawing money is a simple and quick process. Highly recommend.
