Excellent customer service experience

I rang customer service for help to move a recently matured bond to one with a higher interest rate than the one it had matured into and within the deadline given as I could not do this online. I'd been locked out of my account.

I'd been locked out of my account. I called the number and received an answer within 5 seconds. The lady I spoke to was excellent, very helpful and the problem was resolved within 3 minutes Reviewed on: 16th July 2026

Fabulous customer service from Phoebe

Needs work on telephone system

Your telephone system is antiquated, very poor response and the on hold music repeats every 10 seconds. Really poor. The person who took my call eventually was very good and very professional Reviewed on: 9th July 2026

Family Building Society - Always a good experience.

Contacted FBS in telephone. Spoke to a very courteous, calm, efficient & knowledgable gentleman. I have been a savings customer of FBS for a number of years. Even though I was contacting them to withdraw funds to deposit with a competitor, they were genuine in their sentiment when they said that they hoped I would be back with them again soon.
