I have had a couple of savings accounts with them, easy to set up, and always available on the end of the phone for queries, with very kind, helpful and knowledable staff. Reviewed on: 4th August 2026

Messiah was very helpful in helping me set up a new...

Messiah was very helpful in helping me set up a new savings account to receive my existing FXD Bond that matures 17th August. He was patient and stayed with me on the phone whilst I opened the account and then took instructions from me verbally to switch the maturing funds over on the day of maturity without to have another conversation. Log On problems

I logged in and as it took some time for the passcode to come through to my mobile, it had expired. I tried again and same thing happenend until I was locked out of my account. A quick phone call, hardly any wait time, with Alfie and it was all sorted. He was very patient when I couldn't provide the account details and misquoted my national insurance number.
