Lovely service at The Family Building Society .

Lovely lady who understood what i needed right away ,and dealt with it in a professional but friendly way . She didnt hurry me in any way which at 79 i am a bit slow but not everyone is patient . We understand that our phone lines have been particularly busy, and we're doing everything we can to assist our customers as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. We do offer a call-back service which is especially useful for times when we are busy so that customers don’t have to wait on the line. This facility retains your place in the queue which means that your call-back request is automatically sent to an agent who will make a call out to you, and you don’t have to wait on the phone for your call to be answered. Human contact
