This is the worst online bank I have ever used.

This is the worst online bank I have ever used. In almost a year, I have only been able to log in successfully once. Next time I go in I need to reregister or get told my username has changed and then the account is always blocked. Thankfully I was only trying it out for a year and that year is nearly over. FBS have made it extremely difficult to set up a jisa for my son - I now only know it has been set up because I phoned to enquire. Money has been paid in to test before the full 11k is transferred and I cannot find out if the trial amount has arrived !It's like the stone age! Reviewed on: 14th February 2026
