Online banking is notoriously bad and has not changed.

Online banking is notoriously bad and has not changed. I had to re-register today and despite entering all credentials correctly including my username which was given to be by FBS the system did not accept and locked me out. I breezed into your office on a whim on 26 May. The lady I spoke with was on the front foot,. direct and clear and engaged. For ease of use, I find the online Savings service excellent. i contacted customer services and spoke to Phoebe Hogg, regarding new ISA account numbers and how to set up online banking.Phoebe was extremely helpful, with clear and precise answers and instructions. She was very cheerful and personable, with a ready wit. All my enquiries were concluded to my satisfaction and it was a joy to speak with her on the phone.
