I spoke with Lisa Adams on 26/02/26, who delivered excellent customer service on my savings account. She was welcoming, professional, helpful and friendly. Excellent customer service with a 'can do attitude' is one of the main reasons I bank with you. The only add-on feedback would be, that for your online customers like me, it would be helpful, save time and work and be more efficient if you enable the customers to have more than one nominated bank account for withdrawals and that customers themselves can set this up online (with appropriate security), like the Leeds Building Society. The only other useful banking experience to have, would be to the ability to elect to receive a text notification of monies received and withdrawn on my account, e.g. like Ford Money CE and others I use. This is the worst online bank I have ever used.

This is the worst online bank I have ever used. In almost a year, I have only been able to log in successfully once. Next time I go in I need to reregister or get told my username has changed and then the account is always blocked. Thankfully I was only trying it out for a year and that year is nearly over.
