I've spoken to 3 people over 2 days, having had problems setting up and paying into account, ended up with 3 accts.!! This has now been resolved for me, and smply awaiting verification code. Reviewed on: 15th September 2026

Excellent. Tracy was very patient and worked out what the problem was. I have had a number of problems logging in as I do not often need to. It looks like the problem is that my autofil of password etc had got corrupted but it was not visible to me. It means that I need to manually input the login information. That should be OK. Help afyer getting locked out

Had trouble after getting locked of my account due not using it very often and forgetting the details. Messiah was really helpful, resetting it for me and offering to stay on the line for two further steps to make sure I could log in and reset my password and memorable word Reviewed on: 8th September 2026
