It's great to be able to call and speak to a person, not a bot. Staff are always polite, professional but friendly, and very well informed about the products. Statements arrive on time and are clear and well-presented. Interest rates are excellent, but the FBS takes care to inform customers of new/ alternative products and interest rate changes.
