Messiah was very helpful in helping me set up a new...

Messiah was very helpful in helping me set up a new savings account to receive my existing FXD Bond that matures 17th August. He was patient and stayed with me on the phone whilst I opened the account and then took instructions from me verbally to switch the maturing funds over on the day of maturity without to have another conversation.
