I experienced log in problems and phoned for help.

I experienced log in problems and phoned The Family B.S. for help. I spoke to Sanya who gently and patiently guided me through the process of resetting passwords etc. I wasn't made to feel rushes and she was endlessly helpful.The Family Building Society have an excellent helpline, great customer service and wonderfully helpful staff. Excellent customer service

I had an issue when trying to open a new savings account, which turned out to be an error on my part! Holly was extremely helpful going through the process with me to ensure it was all done correctly and opening the account.
