Help afyer getting locked out

Had trouble after getting locked of my account due not using it very often and forgetting the details. Messiah was really helpful, resetting it for me and offering to stay on the line for two further steps to make sure I could log in and reset my password and memorable word Reviewed on: 8th September 2026

Tried recently to open a 1 year bond without success...

Tried recently to open a 1 year bond without success but spoke to a lady this morning who talked me through the whole process to completion . She was very patient and could not have been more helpful. Would certainly recommend your society. Reviewed on: 7th September 2026

You can easily talk to a Human Being

A really complicated problem with 2 accounts, one mine, one my wife's. Had tried to register each of our separate accounts on a single email address but this is not possible with FBS system and it had thrown the online system into a muddle so neither of us had access. ( Think you need to make this clear on your Savings site to new/existing investors) Holly was great as it was a problem not previously encountered, she was very patient and understanding and after about an hour and half( ! )it was solved. Excellent customer service

I was having trouble logging in online. Holly took me through security and then stayed on the line guiding me through the process to re-register my account. It all went very well and I was grateful to Holly for her assistance. Reviewed on: 1st September 2026

Great customer service on the phone

Tracey at FBS helped me through unlocking my account, despite my mixing up my accounts and getting confused. She was extremely helpful and courteous and stayed on the line until I'd got back into my account. Reviewed on: 26th August 2026

Opening new account.

I was having real difficulty in logging in and I contacted the BS by phone. Phoebe Hogg on the helpline , with much patience, sorted out the problem and then guided me through the requirements to open an additional account. This is becoming more onerous due to the need to enhance security. Overall it was a lengthy session and I was much impressed with Ms. Hogg's pleasant demeanour and patience.
