Great service setting up new platform.

Change to online platform was a problem but great help from Customer Services lady resolved the issue. Most helpful. When signing into the new platform it gives the option to use customer ID or email address. It turns out that only Customer ID will work. Reviewed on: 23rd May 2025

IT "update" was a complete disaster

The IT "update" was a complete disaster. I have not been able to log on for a week and still cannot. I have been told 3 times the problem has been fixed, it has not.
