Brilliant professional service.

£1600 being taken from ex-mortgagees account

We had a worrying problem about £1600 being taken by the Family Building Soc from our current account from a discontinued mortgage. Spoketo your first point of contact Donnika Nelson. A Very Satisfied Customer!

Having applied,with the services of a broker,for a mortgage at the age of 69years,I was worried regarding,in my eyes,how my application might fail but was reassured,by my broker,all was okay.And,as it turned out,it was.That was 2013.I have never regretted,for any reason,joining National Counties Building Society as was and now,Family Building Society.Thank you. I found your staff to be very friendly & helpful

Amazing support from Family Building Society

Amazing support from Grace the Bdm and the whole mortgage helpdesk as well as the underwriting team, including Somy. A fantastic change to the norm and such a breath of Fresh Air to work with Family Building Society. Covered all of the points of acquired and communication was spot on with everything.
