Very good customer service. Things explained clearly and very helpful, professional whilst remaining friendly. Help given with comparing products and clear advice on actions needed. Locked Out Of My Account

I was locked out of my Mortgage account on Sunday 7th Sept. Contacted Family Building Society today Monday 8/09/25 and and the problem was sorted out by Lisa Adams who was very pleasant and cheerful to speak to she was very Patient with me when I using my mobile phone to get an access code. Telephoned with a query about my mortgage. First time there was no answer from customer service after 8 minutes. Phoned again later in the day. Answered in 15 seconds by Lisa Adam, who was very helpful. Reviewed on: 7th September 2025
