Professional and confident staff

Louise was very professional and polite throughout the call. She was confident in her approach and treated me with respect at all times. She was able to help with the questions I had and gathered information in a courteous and confidential manner. Louise clearly understood what I was asking and did not overwhelm me with additional irrelevant questions, which made the conversation supportive and easy to follow. Excellent customer service

Phoned re query about RIO mortgage - didn’t have personal financial details to hand. Staff member patiently took me through the project and my details . Answered all my queries even though I wasn’t fully prepared ! Great customer service Reviewed on: 12th May 2026

Unfortunately, due to system limitations ad-hoc mortgage payments cannot be made through our Online Service.
