Online account re-registration

The system managed to lock me out of my accounts but when I called today and was put through to Stephanie she was very patiently able to sort me out. She could not have been more helpful. Reviewed on: 10th February 2026

It's great to be able to call and speak to a person, not a bot. Staff are always polite, professional but friendly, and very well informed about the products. Statements arrive on time and are clear and well-presented. Interest rates are excellent, but the FBS takes care to inform customers of new/ alternative products and interest rate changes. I am finding it impossible to follow instructions after re registration. They are just not clear or precise so find myself locked out of my account. It impossible to get through on the phone to explain the situation and nor can I email in any sort of precise way. Hopeless. Reviewed on: 4th February 2026
