I telephoned today as I couldn't find the option I needed online. I spoke to Lisa Adams, who was extremely helpful and polite. We shared a joke as my 'Alexa' decided to join the conversation!. Gill was amazingly helpful and patient and conveyed confidence and was upbeat and cheerful. In addition, her speech and diction was excellent, me having a hearing problem, which made my day. I am 91. I am now thankfully up and running online. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025

I spoke to Katherine Ambrose to resolve an apparent problem on the closure of my fixed bond - and the transfer of the funds to two other accounts. One with you and the other external.
