You can easily talk to a Human Being

A really complicated problem with 2 accounts, one mine, one my wife's. Had tried to register each of our separate accounts on a single email address but this is not possible with FBS system and it had thrown the online system into a muddle so neither of us had access. ( Think you need to make this clear on your Savings site to new/existing investors) Holly was great as it was a problem not previously encountered, she was very patient and understanding and after about an hour and half( ! )it was solved.
