Partners have decided to charge every member £20 per year without notice. They have started charging every member £20 AFTER I got my loan out. So it was not in my loan contract. They said it is to cover admin even though this is done by volunteers. So if they have 50,000 members that over £1 million pound per year they have extracted from members!!!! That's very expensive admin!! They are predating on vulnerable people in the middle of a cost of living crisis.
