Not for cyclists

If you are a cyclist I wouldn’t recommend this cover, they refused to replace new for old which meant that we lost out on 100s. As an example if you brought your bike for 6700 and they are now being sold at 8200 due to inflation, you have to make up the difference. It isn’t worth it, find a better insurance company. Covers all of our pride and joys!

We're keen cyclists and no other insurance company would cover all of our lovely lovely bikes for their value, at home and abroad. Can't fault them for that reason. We got travel insurance too - to cover us whilst racing. Lovely to have such peace of mind. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2017

Fantastic customer service

A refreshingly enjoyable customer service experience with fantastic value for money too. Win win. I was able to take all the time in the world to research and make my buying decision with absolutely no sales pressure at all. But when I did ask for information the replies were almost instant, and were informative, honest and useful. As an added bonus the whole interaction with was friendly and enjoyable, sadly almost unique in the world of sales today. The fact that the policy was also so outstanding and offered such great value for money was the icing on the cake.
