Fantastic customer service

A refreshingly enjoyable customer service experience with fantastic value for money too. Win win. I was able to take all the time in the world to research and make my buying decision with absolutely no sales pressure at all. But when I did ask for information the replies were almost instant, and were informative, honest and useful. As an added bonus the whole interaction with was friendly and enjoyable, sadly almost unique in the world of sales today. The fact that the policy was also so outstanding and offered such great value for money was the icing on the cake. Great to deal with

I've been with Pedalcover for 2 years now and from the very beginning they have been a pleasure to deal with. When signing up initially the staff I spoke to were really helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and that has continued every time I've spoken to them since - for renewals etc. Thankfully I've not had to make a claim, but I'm confident that I'm in good hands if I ever do. Great customer service by people who know about bikes

I came across a write up on an Audax FB page recommending this company. My household insurance was due and it had always been tricky getting the right cover for my bikes. I contacted Pedalcover to discuss my insurance with bike cover and had a very positive experience. Friendly, professional and informative. I not only saved money but have extra cover for my bikes when riding in sportives, club runs etc etc including my clothing and gadgets. Fantastic!
