Windscreen was smashed in a car park 1st May, called Allianz who wanted to go through there own windscreen company, the next available date was 25th May, they where very rude on the phone when i said the car was not drive able and i would need a replacement to wait that long, no help given by Allianz at all and had to pay £450 for a private company to sort ASAP Reviewed on: 23rd October 2026

Horrible!

Horrible! If you’re looking for a car insurance please not them. The have the worst customer service ever. Someone claimed in my name and they didn’t care to call or notify me till they decided to double the insurance money I’d been paying, then after I proved there wasn’t a claim through the other party they closed the case but left that information there for all the other insurers to see so why can’t they leave it there with a note that there was no claim made??they’ve ruined me without even calling to ask whether there was an incident or not. That means insuring with them means you’re not safe with such issues because they wouldn’t bother investigating before screwing you over. Think twice before considering them. You’d rather pay a little higher with other insurers but be safe when it comes to such issues. Reviewed on: 21st August 2026
