Allianz have the wrong address on my policy.

Allianz have the wrong address on my policy. It’s impossible to change online as the postcode checker is wrong. I’ve had 4 responses from 4 different people at Allianz and none of them can solve this. Customer service is an absolute joke. Reviewed on: 25th February 2026

Honest Company

I changed my home insurance to Allianz because after doing a comparison on a comparison website they came up as best value to provide the cover we needed. I stayed with them again this year because much to my surprise I received my renewal quote and it was lower than the cost the year before! This is clearly because they are an honest company and when insurance rates drop they drop their rate to the customer, unlike most firms who continue to increase the cost regardless in the hope that people can’t be bothered shopping around and therefore just automatically renew with them.
