Honest Company

I changed my home insurance to Allianz because after doing a comparison on a comparison website they came up as best value to provide the cover we needed. I stayed with them again this year because much to my surprise I received my renewal quote and it was lower than the cost the year before! This is clearly because they are an honest company and when insurance rates drop they drop their rate to the customer, unlike most firms who continue to increase the cost regardless in the hope that people can’t be bothered shopping around and therefore just automatically renew with them. Website easy to navigate & excellent customer service

Website was easy to navigate. I had to call to have something clarified regarding my cancer treatment before I ordered my insurance from the quote. Customer service advisor was extremely friendly and helpful and as he new the answer was extremely important for me, he even double checked it with a colleague for me. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024
