About Allianz

Allianz is one of the largest general insurers in the UK, operating under a number of brands, including Allianz, Pet Plan, LV= and Britannia Rescue.

It was founded in Berlin in 1890 by Carl von Thieme and Wilhelm von Finck. Today, Allianz employs over 4,200 people with a UK head office in Surrey. It has additional support services with over 1,000 people based in India.

Allianz offer commercial insurance and personal insurance including legal expenses, car, home, musical, pet and equine.
