Allianz is probably the worst company i have ever de...

Allianz is probably the worst company i have ever dealt with from all companies and not just insurance, almost every agent has been rude with... Allianz is probably the worst company i have ever dealt with from all companies and not just insurance, almost every agent has been rude with an aggressive tone, started from a non fault claim for me which ended up in a case that voided my insurance due to modifications on the car i wasn't aware off, i had evidence to show i bought the car that way but still got voided in a middle of a claim where my car was a total loss and written off and again not my fault, was left alone by them and on top of that they said they will not refund me the full years premium due to this. Got paid for the car but wasn't even to cover full finance so i am still repaying the finance. have Raised a complaint with the insurance which resulted in at least having a refund of the premium being agreed but still left with a voided insurance, it has been 4 weeks, i am still waiting for the refund and if i do not call to query i would not have known that i need to wait for my claim to be closed as they are recovering still costs (bare in mind my insurance was voided weeks ago and i thought my claim was already closed) received an email to say they have now recovered the costs and my claim is closed, called the next day to query if the refund has now been processed, turned out my claim is still open and they do not know why i received an email stating is closed, sent them the email to confirm who sent it etc. overall there is a lot more misinformation i was given throughout this whole process but the number one thing is, agents have not been helpful and knowing my circumstances of also vulnerability and the stress they have already caused, they were further unhelpful, cold and unsympathetic. Very unhappy with their service and highly do not recommend them at all. Apparently the refund is now on the way but would not be surprised if something else goes wrong again. The whole process was a mess from the beginning with no one knowing what they are doing and misinforming. Still have one complaint outstanding due to email received incorrectly given me false information. Read more Read less

    Honest Company

    I changed my home insurance to Allianz because after doing a comparison on a comparison website they came up as best value to provide the... I changed my home insurance to Allianz because after doing a comparison on a comparison website they came up as best value to provide the cover we needed. I stayed with them again this year because much to my surprise I received my renewal quote and it was lower than the cost the year before! This is clearly because they are an honest company and when insurance rates drop they drop their rate to the customer, unlike most firms who continue to increase the cost regardless in the hope that people can’t be bothered shopping around and therefore just automatically renew with them.     Fantastic Service

    I was hit earlier this year. It was pretty traumatic for me, and the staff at Allianz couldn’t have been kinder, more supportive or more... I was hit earlier this year. Confirmed email address during the process, but could not neither log in not recover password (which I didnt set up yet but email already registered and didnt allow to register again) Spent 10-12 minutes waiting for customer service then wrote email. Then they send new bill with price discrepancy which showed up because they dont consider my bonus-malus rating. You know what they suggested: "sell your first car" I said why should I sell my car if I need it? Ok, then I said that want to cancel the contract due to poor customer service, they said I cannot because of the law. So, it means I cannot change service even if I am not satisfied. But guess what CS agent recommended " you can sell your car" Looks like CS service Hungary can create a problem where it does not exist. Read more Read less
