Amazing service from experienced knowledgeable staff

I have used Pedalcover for a number of years. They have saved me a substantial amount of money and have a better policy giving me peace of mind. Their knowledge of the sport as well as insurance brokers provides a product that is second to none. The staff are so friendly its a pleasure to call in the office. Great policy, great value and great service

I've been a Pedalcover customer for over 2 years and they initially attracted me as their policies really understood cycling and triathlon and didn't require lots of different bolt ons/declarations/specified items etc. I then realised just how good value their policies were. I've since needed to renew & change my policy a few times since then and each time they have been extremely efficient, friendly & professional. Excellent customer service always polite and fully explained to me

Brilliant company even make me a coffee when I pop in and donated a cycle jersey to be raffled in a recent charity event and have offered me sponsorship for a charity event I'm doing in 2018 . 10 out of 10 !!! Reviewed on: 13th September 2017
