Our portfolio

At each remortgage and purchase mortgage for our portfolio Property Master have provided us with an extensive list of providers to choose from. They have been very accommodating sometimes arranging telephone appointments out of hours to suit our particular needs at the time. The arrangement fees have been reasonable. I keep returning so that speaks for itself!

Property Master has now dealt with four BTL mortgages for me and I am now going back to them to arrange a further two. Their online dashboard with personal portfolio is a great tool...accessing suitable lenders is easy-peasy...but most important is a great customer service from start to finish. Excellence in th BTL mortgage market

My fixed BTL mortgage deal as coming to an end so I ended up contacting a total of three brokers before settling on Property Master. Why? 1 - they got me the best rate and 2- That are and have been both patient and helpful with me while I have been assembling all the necessary data needed in order to process my final application. Already raving about property master

I've remortgaged most of my portfolio with ease! Struggled to get new mortgages with the banks and property master have been my life saver.
