Raisin customer service is appalling.

Raisin customer service is appalling. I recommended my partner and, due to bereavement, she missed an email from Raisin. As a result they blocked her from her account. Trying to get any help from outside of their secure message system, only available from within the account, exposed an appalling customer service system. Reviewed on: 26th January 2025

Raisin, who is Raisin?!

I was not certain about Raisin at first, never having heard of them. Once I had done my homework and understood how they operated, plus scanning the reviews on other websites, e.g. Martin Lewis, I went ahead. A Great Banking Platform

Easy to use the service and quick and efficient. When I had a query it was answered straight away. Once you have registered with Raisin it is very easy to add further savings accounts there is no form filling. Very good rates. Reviewed on: 23rd January 2025
