Easy to use account, fast transfers in and out. No hassle at all. Great interest rates. What's not to love? Highly recommended to open this account with them. Everything is so easy to do that online banking is a cinch. In the very unlikely event that one needs to speak with somebody, all the agents are extremely professional, helpful and charming. Reviewed on: 15th March 2025

I like most it's ease of use. The website feels safe and straightforward. It's ease of use compared with other banks is excellent. I also like only receiving texts which are relevant and being bomba with them on a daily basis. Reviewed on: 15th March 2025

Faultless human interactive customer service

I recently set up an an account with Lasting Power of Attorney for my mum. I couldn't fault the customer service with real human interaction - all because of my Freedom Saver account ... 'freedom' to do what I like with it with attractive interest rates. Reviewed on: 14th March 2025

Five star banking!

I like the ease of use of the website. Opening accounts couldn't be simpler, and I have always found the interest rates very competitive. On the occasion that I had to use their customer service, I was delighted with the manner it was handled and the person on the 'phone was remarkable. She was patient and extremely helpful.
