Great customer service and sustainable practices

I have had a savings account with Triodos for decades. If ever I have needed to phone them it has always been a good experience, they answer promptly, always polite and helpful. The reason I keep my money with them is because they support sustainable projects and give a good rate of interest. Reviewed on: 17th April 2026
