Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff

I have had my policy with them for nearly 7 years now. Their customer service has always been good, and when I needed help on understanding information they helped me, as I didn't fully understand as my parents are still alive thank goodness, and I have never had to deal with the ins and outs of wills etc. Reviewed on: 24th August 2024

Very Persuasive Salespitch

I had a call from this company having responded to an offer advertised on tv. While they describe themselves as the biggest insurance agent in the country, they were not the company that I first contacted. Their approach is very professional and well informed, but unless you stop them abruptly, you can easily find yourself on the verge of signing up to a deal without being given any opportunity to take the time to consider whether you are moving in a comfortable direction. Great phone manner and personable serive.

Brilliant telephone communications and a person who made me feel like he wanted to get the best for me (even though it is his job) I though he was also very sensitive with tricky questions and made me feel at ease. Will use this company again in the futurw. Reviewed on: 20th September 2022

Excellent Customer attention
