While they describe themselves as the biggest insurance agent in the country, they were not the company that I first contacted. Their approach is very professional and well informed, but unless you stop them abruptly, you can easily find yourself on the verge of signing up to a deal without being given any opportunity to take the time to consider whether you are moving in a comfortable direction. They are cleverly trained not to give you an opportunity to take a step back or give you time to think clearly about what you are getting yourself into, focusing on the right to cancel in thirty days, rather than giving you the time to properly consider what you are doing.
