I decided to take my sister off the policy after the first month as she was no longer using the car and instead of going back to the initial £70 I was paying, it went up to £93 so I decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere. I had insured it on that day of delivery fully comp. with Go Skippy….£523.00 and after 7 weeks cancelled the insurance because Cupra & the dealership couldn’t tell me when I would get the car or if it would be replaced.GoSkippy would not transfer the policy to another vehicle and the cost of termination…..wait for it…£297.00. and the car had never left the compound. Within my documents it stated that it would be a £75 cancellation fee as it falls outwith the 14 days cooling off period After a not so pleasant conversation with one of their "customer service" employees. I was told my cancellation fee would be £166, with other fees being stated in their policy documents (not clear and definitely not stated on day of purchase) Avoid this company as they don't have their customers best interests as part of their business, especially if you have to cease your policy due to unforeseen circumstances.
