WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!

Problem with the telematics, cancelled my insurance, charged me exorbitant fees, rude unhelpful customer service, who are arrogant & refuse to listen n insist on... Problem with the telematics, cancelled my insurance, charged me exorbitant fees, rude unhelpful customer service, who are arrogant & refuse to listen n insist on speaking over you. A terrible costly experience. Wish I had read the 1* reviews before choosing this company - interesting how the 1* reviews have increased by 50% in the past month - tells you all you need to know - my advice would be to stay well clear of this company and if like me you fell for this awful company and the pitfalls - GO TO THE OMBUDSMAN ! LEAVE BAD REVIEWS & HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS Read more Read less

    The customer service is terrible, and I thought the agents were there to provide good customer service, but I was surprised by their behavior. They... The customer service is terrible, and I thought the agents were there to provide good customer service, but I was surprised by their behavior. They were very arrogant, and when I asked why they were being so rude, they threatened to cancel my insurance. They asked me for the same documents several times, which I sent each time. They said my vehicle registration document (DVLA) was incorrect. They also said they couldn't accept a screenshot from the DVLA website with the code to check my driver's license (share code). Then they sent me an agreement to sign, and after I signed it, they canceled my insurance and are still charging me the cancellation fee. What a disappointment. I definitely do not recommend them.
