Now that I'm cancelling the policy, they won't refund the 7 months left on my current policy. It's been an AWFUL customer service experience. So bad that I'm taking the time to write this review. I have insured two van with Adrian and the customer service both time have been at a high standard. Always beats on price!

By mistake , i gave them a date which was a year out regarding a past claim. They had already taken the money from me... By mistake , i gave them a date which was a year out regarding a past claim. They had already taken the money from me while my application was being reviewed. They then raised the claim by over £100, so i decided not to go ahead, they then charged me an admin fee, which i thought was unfair as it was an honest mistake. A change of address was a £35 admin fee. I paid £340 for a policy in May. I have now sold the car and they have offered a refund of £7.12! Absolute scammers of the highest order. Look at the below!
