Avoid as they are legalised thief's,

Avoid as they are legalised thief's, I was given a quote, I accepted, they then said they gave wrong quote (£420 then went to £1400) I said no, cancel it, they said they will refund with £85 fee deducted, it was not due to start until old insurance ran out (2 week’s time) but no they still wanted £85, now I have all the hassle to get full refund through small claims court, nothing but con artists.
