Non standard insurance

I had been with my current provider for four years with prices rising annually. I live on a static home site, so not brick construction which makes it more difficult for choice of insurers. I asked around other home owners and was recommended Adrian Flux. I rang them and my insurance was sorted effortlessly and at a much lower price. Worst customer experience

I have been trying to amend a policy with Adrian Flux for a month. I have spent probably 3 hours on calls with the team in that time. Noone ever calls me back, despite saying they will. My emails are not responded to. Now that I'm cancelling the policy, they won't refund the 7 months left on my current policy. It's been an AWFUL customer service experience. So bad that I'm taking the time to write this review. Reviewed on: 24th September 2026

Penalised unfairly

By mistake , i gave them a date which was a year out regarding a past claim. They had already taken the money from me while my application was being reviewed. They then raised the claim by over £100, so i decided not to go ahead, they then charged me an admin fee, which i thought was unfair as it was an honest mistake. I do not feel they should have taken my money before the application had been reviewed and accepted either. The lady was rude and abrupt, I will never use them again. Reviewed on: 30th June 2026
