Very dissapointed

have had a policy with them for YEARS. Came to cancel my policy as Camper off road and only renewed 2 months ago, was charged almost the cost of the annual policy for 2 months cover due to the fact I was paying monthly. UTTER CON. Has left nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. Reviewed on: 5th July 2017

Sometimes not tell me that I haven't paid, wouldn't contact me if there was a problem, sometimes would take payment but the following day would put the payment back, wouldn't go back, yes cheap for young drivers but I would pay for the more expensive insurance Reviewed on: 26th June 2017
