Worst customer experience

I have been trying to amend a policy with Adrian Flux for a month. I have spent probably 3 hours on calls with the team in that time. Noone ever calls me back, despite saying they will. My emails are not responded to. Now that I'm cancelling the policy, they won't refund the 7 months left on my current policy. It's been an AWFUL customer service experience. So bad that I'm taking the time to write this review. Reviewed on: 24th September 2026
