Revolut is an e-money institution which means you can take out an everyday account to manage your money in a range of ways.

You can send, spend, receive and hold a range of currencies. Customers get a physical debit card for everyday spending, a virtual card and a single-use virtual card that resets its details each time you use it.

Revolut is a fantastic all-in-one platform for managing my finances. I am currently on the metal plan, between the Rev points, which I have used to get a discount on accommodation, and the included subscriptions, such as NordVPN, it is outstanding value. The user interface is well put together. I am able to keep an eye on various accounts, and use the widgets to keep an eye on my budget and easily assess what I'm spending my money on, so if need be I can readjust my monthly spend. It is easy for me to pay and split bills, and transfer money. As well, being able to exchange currency from within the app has made travelling so much easier. Revolut has allowed me to get into stocks and cryptocurrency in a convenient way. The tools it has for trading are beginner friendly. In terms of customer service, I have seldom needed their assistance, but when needed I have found the customer service to be excellent, with my issue resolved in a timely manner. I have recommended Revolut to many of my family and friends, and will continue to do so. Reviewed on: 17th January 2025
