I've not had a bank like revolut I've not been able to get a child's bank card for my daughters without spending over the odds specially for two. You can do a lot with revolut and when something has gone wrong they have always gone above and beyond to help out. Reviewed on: 15th January 2025

I have not had great experiences with customer service.

I have not had great experiences with customer service. My card was stolen and used by the person. I could not contact customer service as your systems were down. When I eventually got through I was requested to contact provide a police report to confirm my card was stolen. I provided confirmation from Irish Gardai. Due to your systems being down I could not contact customer service to cancel the card when I realised it was being used. I received no compensation from Revolut and lost my money despite providing police report and some fault on the part of Revolut Reviewed on: 15th January 2025
