Basic problems with accounts (IMPORTANT. PLEASE READ!)

With the withdrawal of cash depositing via 'Payzone' supporting retailers, it is now virtually impossible to pay cash into an account. This renders the account basically useless to anyone paying in cash on a regular basis. The needs to be rectified as soon as possible. Reviewed on: 11th March 2026

I’ve been using Revolut as my main personal account...

I’ve been using Revolut as my main personal account for over a year now, and it’s transformed how I handle money. The app is incredibly intuitive — everything from adding funds to tracking spending is seamless. I travel a lot, and being able to spend in foreign currencies with near-real-time exchange rates (no horrible markups like traditional banks) saves me a ton. Transfers to friends are instant and free, and the virtual disposable cards give great peace of mind for online shopping. Customer support via chat has always been quick when I’ve needed it.
