I have been trying to cash in my pension pot with them for four months. Just goes round in circles. They clearly don't like paying out. VERY DISTURBING

    Very Poor Service

    Have had a claim on a bereavement policy closed twice because of the inability of Royal London to understand the documents that I have sent...     Very poor support services. No reply to emails.

    I spoke to Royal London “customer services” on 21st February 2025 as I was having problems accessing my account via the app. I kept getting... I spoke to Royal London “customer services” on 21st February 2025 as I was having problems accessing my account via the app. I kept getting a code GPLCTE please retry. On Monday 24th February I received an email stating that a report had been sent to IT Support today(which was 4 days after I raised the complaint)for them to respond. On Tuesday 25th February I sent another email to the customer services representative who appeared to be handling the case as I had not had any response from IT Support. I received no response to that email. I have written another email today. Just as an aside, the representative I am emailing to signs herself as “Customer Service Coach-Group Pensions Servicing”. !!!!! Read more Read less

    Ignorance of pension rules and own website info

    Made a Claim for Death benefits on my friends pension. I held power of attorney as he had no family. Have been given so many... Made a Claim for Death benefits on my friends pension.
