Slow company to do anything, make promises they never keep and have appalling customer service and send out misleading documentation

I was only cashing a small pot pension which has now taken over 3 months and still hasn’t been completed. but will now be transferring my remaining accounts away from the business despite their undoubted best efforts at frustrating the process. Now say they can’t confirm his account ( which thé have paid into ) therefore can’t send his money . Interest list in the period December to now is approx £800 . They are profiting from his money.
