They take your money for years - no problem. Really obstructive when you are due to get it out. Lots of delaying tactics.

When they returned my certificate back to me, they had folded it in half and put it in an A5 envelope instead of A4 damaging my certificate by putting a huge folded crease down the middle. I am absolutely fuming that there was no thought put into returning an original document ina n A4 envelope as sent. I rang to complain and they said it can take up to 8 weeks to get a response. I hsve sent my certificate to a few companies who always returned as sent A4 in a hardback envelope. Im am so disappointed at the lack of care and attention- service is shocking.! The money should have been transferred this week after they have delayed since May on to be asked for a letter from my employer, how much they will be paying in, another letter asking for my employment record. Bank statements that had to be certified, history of contributions. They have made the whole process incredibly stressful and have created unacceptable delays. There is no help or research facilities available on the website or the app. Shocking that we have to endure this kind of treatment today. Not that the funds they do offer are any good; the shrink further and faster than the market and they always recover lower than the market.
