Appalling customer service

Waiting since April to transfer ISA to provider that knows what it is doing.Everytime I ring I get a different story.It is the most stressful company to deal with I have ever encountered. Avoid at all costs Reviewed on: 31st August 2023

DO NOT invest with Aegon

DO NOT invest with Aegon, you will lose money, even on a low risk investment plan. They will take a large chunk of money to set up the investment and your investment will lose money. BE WARNED. Reviewed on: 18th January 2023

Aegon: Thoughtful & Helpful

I find Aegon's materials on finances to be helpful, thoughtful and insightful. The website runs smoothly and simply and I don't encounter technological issues. I've found Aegon have given some great advice on financial wellbeing that really got me thinking and considering my financial future. Their analytical offerings on financial wellbeing surprised me and helped me see things in a new light. Aegon seem to have a sophisticated understanding of financial matters. I have been with aegon for some time and have found them to be excellent I like the online platform and have always found the help desk helpful and they do what they say they will I have a pension with another firm and have had a different experience but aegon have been excellent.
