Awful awful experience.

Awful awful experience. My mother has been trying to deal with this company and has been phoning me in tears at both the inefficiency, beaurocratic quagmire, and general gaslighting communication from this company. Do not go near them. She is now obliged to get a solicitor to act for her. It should not be so difficult to access funds that rightly belong to you. It's like she is applying for funding rather than a withdrawal of her own money. Reader, I urge you to avoid this company. Also, I smell a rat. Why don't they want to give her her funds?
