Great customer service

Pretty easy, practical help at my fingertips.

I have been with Serve and Protect CU (formerly PCU) now for almost 15 years. I trust them completely to deal with financially. That's saying a lot given the pitfalls that are out there where money is concerned. My experience with them has always been one of pleasure rather than pain. Help with my financial needs

I have been using Serve and Protect Credit Union for a number of years now and have at times had cause to speak to them regarding various financial options and they have been so very helpful and directed me exactly to the best options available. I use Serve and Protect Credit Union as a regular savings account direct from my wages which has been of great use over the years. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Fast loans at affordable rates

I applied for a loan with the police credit union a few years ago when my financial circumstances were not in good shape. They agreed a loan that I was eventually able to repay early . I would always use them in the future . Reviewed on: 17th June 2020

Great financial product

I’ve only been a customer since late 2019 and the customer service has been brilliant. Operators are always so helpful and friendly and take the trouble to fully explain queries. Since lockdown the service has remained at a high standard. Furthermore, the interest rate is market leading with the knowledge you’re assisting key workers. Reviewed on: 17th June 2020
